My most frequently used mobile app is also my most frustrating experiences. The Weather Network is my go-to app for weather updates and immediate forecasts. I use it almost daily. Despite the valuable information provided, the app is riddled with usability issues, making it a perfect candidate for a heuristic evaluation.
