346 Davenport is a luxury condo development targeting the upper end of the real estate buyer market. Freed wanted us to create a printed marketing piece that functioned as both sales tool and keepsake coffee table book worthy of the high price tag of the building. The end piece was a hardcover linen wrapped and silver foil stamped book with a matching case sleeve and floor plan folder. The project was also recognized by the design community, winning best Print Marketing at the 2016 Redgees Awards.

Evocative Photo Compositing
Neighbourhood photography is often a large component of marketing real estate projects–it gives potential buyers context and provides an opportunity to sell the lifestyle. I took a unique approach for this project by combining our neighbourhood photography with stock images. Using a combination of blending modes and clipping masks, a balance can be achieved where neither image is given more visual emphasis than the other. The result is custom imagery that is more emotionally evocative.
