346 Davenport is a luxury condo development targeting the upper end of the real estate buyer market. Freed wanted us to create a printed marketing piece that functioned as both sales tool and keepsake coffee table book worthy of the high price tag of the building. The end piece was a hardcover linen wrapped and silver foil stamped book with a matching case sleeve and floor plan folder. The project was also recognized by the design community, winning best Print Marketing at the 2016 Redgees Awards.

Neighbourhood photography is often a large component of marketing real estate projects–it gives potential buyers context. I took a unique approach for this project by combining our own neighbourhood photography with stock images to create an aspirational narrative.
By layering two images on top of one another and using a few different blending modes and clipping masks, a balance can be achieved where neither image is given more visual emphasis than the other.
